Day 2 on the cruise was in Dubrovnik! With a 15 minute bus ride, we made it to the old town and another fortress! Several locations may be recognizable if you have watched the show Game of Thrones.

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice and clean the inside of the walls were! Below is the view we got right after entering. 

This was the only part of the city that I remembered from Game of Thrones. Kaylee thought she was real funny getting my picture on the "shame" stairs.

This Jesuit church was located at the top of the stairs. 

You can see just how large the town inside of the walls are.

The water was pristine today and there were several swimmers in the bay. 

After visiting the old town, we decided to take the bus back to a beach located closer to the cruise. It was a great way to cool off and enjoy the beautiful weather.

I don't know what kind of slide this was, but it did not look comfortable. 

After the beach, we decided to walk the 2 miles back to the ship. It turned out to be a very pretty walk and we stopped at a local brewery as well!

Sailing out of town was also beautiful!
